Membership Application Information

We look forward to welcoming you as a new Preble County Chamber member.  There are several ways to submit your application:

  • Complete and submit the online application below.
  • Download a PDF of the Membership Application to complete & return
  • Visit the Chamber office at 122 W. Decatur St. in Eaton to pick up an application.
  • Call us at 937-456-4949 to have an application emailed to you. 

After we receive your membership application, we will provide options to submit your membership dues payment, which will finalize your membership. We welcome you as a new member and look forward to working with you and for you!
