About the Chamber
Founded in 1952, the MISSION of the Preble County Chamber of Commerce is to be a catalyst for programs, resources and services which promote a favorable business climate, improve the quality of life and support the growth and development of Preble County.
The Chamber’s tag line is “Promote. Engage. Advance. Lead.” We do this in several ways:
- Business Support – We offer resources, educational programs, and services to help businesses and organizations learn, grow, and succeed.
- Community Development – We contribute to the well-being and vitality of Preble County by showcasing and supporting our new and existing businesses, and by championing our partner and office “roomie,” the Preble County Development Partnership in the economic investments and entrepreneurship in our communities.
- Promotion & Marketing – We regularly highlight and emphasize the information and strengths of our local businesses and communities to attract talent, tourism and investment. In addition, we offer marketing, advertisement and sponsorship opportunities throughout the year.
- Networking – We facilitate connections among members provide opportunities for businesses, organizations and individuals to build relationships and form collaborations.
The chamber is a 501(c)(6) private business association.
